The Index

Energy10: ten companies, one transparent number.

Energy10 is an equal-weight price index of ten of the largest US-listed energy companies, covering upstream, midstream, refining, and integrated producers. Equal weighting keeps the number replicable by anyone with the published prices, and every rebalance is published in advance — constituents, weights, and effective dates, all in one place.

The index is designed to be replicable: the same methodology document that governs our own calculation is the one we publish for index users, auditors, and licensees.

Power & Fuel Benchmarks

Daily fuel benchmarks from the U.S. Energy Information Administration.

Alongside Energy10, we republish the official daily spot and weekly retail benchmarks for crude, natural gas, gasoline and diesel — the same data categories our API clients use to contextualize index moves against physical market conditions.
